The purpose to establish Professor Chen, Russel Rhei-Long Memorial Award-Elite Scholarly Fund, is to preserve the academic passion of Professor Chen towards the field of medicine, drug manufacturing and biotechnology in Taiwan, and foster the international academic cooperation between NTU School of Pharmacy and other renowned school of pharmacy, broaden the global vision, in order to enhance the teaching quality of pharmacy and sustainable development of research, extend the extraordinary achievement of Professor Chen in pharmacy field.
NTU School of Pharmacy uphold the purpose of establishing Professor Chen, Russel Rhei-Long Memorial Award-Elite Scholarly Fund, preserve Professor Chen’ s devoted spirits in pharmaceutical education and academic research, organized The National Taiwan University School of Pharmacy Research Day and International Symposium since 2018, as the most important yearly event in fostering communication within the school and also the overseas partner. The activities of this year included lecture given by professor from NTU School of Pharmacy, University of Michigan School of Pharmacy, Kyoto Pharmaceutical University and Ohio State University School of Pharmacy. There is also oral and poster presentation coming from graduate student. Our purpose is to heightening international publicity of NTU School of Pharmacy, to broaden the global vision of our student, and fostering the bilateral academic cooperation between NTU School of Pharmacy and University of Michigan, Kyoto Pharmaceutical University and other higher institutions.
