    • NTUSP faculty and staff, student (master’s student and second-year student of doctoral class encourage to participate in contributions), post-doctoral fellow, assistant

  • Period of inviting contributions: from now until 31st March
    • To simplify the process of contribution, organizer will register the contributor for the activity of 15th and 16th May, please reserve yourself for that period.
    • After submission the contributor will receive an email, please print it out and hand to the advisor for sign, afterwards deliver to college’s office ( Room 211 Yu-Chen Ho), only by finished aforementioned steps the official contribution process is completed and the contributor’s eligibility of publication is legitimately reserved.

Attention
  • Oral Presentation in English: Prepare 20 minutes of oral presentation (included 15-mins of presentation and 5-mins of Q&A) the whole presentation will be perform in English.
  • Poster Thesis Contest: Guidelines of Posting Poster in 114 Academic Year School of Pharmacy Research Day Download
    • Poster format: Vertical, width in 90cm, length in 120cm （as illustrated below）.
    • Content: Please included title, name of contributor and advisor Title and name should align in Chinese and English, others will formulate in English.
    • III. Posting time: Contestants should post the poster on their own at the poster board of Shui-Sen Hall, between 15:00 to 17:00 of 14th May 2026. (Poster will be pinned on the board using thumb pin provided by department.)
      The exact location of poster board is yet to be announced
    • Debriefing Time: There will be a debriefing period on May 15, 2026 (Fri) from 11:10 to 12:10 and from 13:00 to 14:50, conducted by standing before the poster. The debriefing session will facilitate poster grading.
