Completion of at least 2 credits in General Chemistry with a grade of 3.0 or above. 3. Completion of at least 2 credits in General Biology with a grade of 3.0 or above. |

Admission Method: Admission will be based on the evaluation score, with offered to the most qualified candidates; admission quotas may remain unfilled. Applicants will not be admitted if they fail the evaluation, have incomplete grades at the time of application, or later fail to meet the eligibility requirements. In the event of a tie, priority will be determined in the following order: General Chemistry grade, General Biology grade, and the evaluation score. Weighting: General Chemistry: 30% General Biology: 30% Evaluation: 40% |

Evaluation materials include: completeacademic transcripts from the current department, personal statement (including reasons for applying for this program ), and any other documents that may strengthen the application. 2.
